Cancellation & package terms

Monthly packages expire 30 days from the date of the first session. Unused sessions do not roll over.

Prepaid packages: cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session start receive a 50% refund for that session, or the session can be rescheduled within the package period. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start receive no refund.

Pay-on-arrival sessions: please give at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations and no-shows may need to prepay future sessions.

Free health evaluation: please give 24 hours notice so the slot can be offered to someone else.
